CSN Stores Preview

I've always been a huge online shopper. I really like the flexibility that comes with shopping around different stores without having to leave my house.  That way I am sure I've got the best deal.

CSN stores makes my online shopping even easier. They price match most items, and many of the items in their stores have free shipping. Plus, their customer service is amazing.

I have the opportunity to review another product from their selection, and with the great selection, I'm having a really hard time choosing just one thing. Maybe some bar tables and stools with catch my eye?

CSN Stores Review: Fan

I live in a desert.

It is hot.

I also live in a basement with no air conditioning.

Sometimes I cannot sleep.

 This baby is the answer to my prayers. Things that are fantastic about this fan:

• It is light and can be moved from room to room depending on where I need it.
• It has a remote control which facilitates my laziness.
• It is quiet. 'Nuff said.
• Speed settings, oscilation, and ionzer. (I was sceptical about the ionizer, but after my husband got food on the stove burner, I stuck the fan in the kitchen. It got the smoky smell out in no time. I'm a believer).
• Sleek, stylish design. I named the fan Eve after:

Things I liked about working with CSNStores:

• Easy to navigate and great search options.
• Price matching
• I've got a story about price matching.  I knew I wanted a fan, and when I laid eyes on that one, I knew I had to have it. However, I had seen the exact same fan on Amazon.com for $68, which was significantly less that the $84 at CSN. So, I filled out the quick form for a price match. Within 24 hours, I had confirmation that the price had been matched (including shipping).  I called up CSNstores number and placed the order with the new price. Lucas, the sales rep, was helpful and the order was done in minutes.

Things that could be improved about the CSNStores experience:

• I wasn't super excited about having to actually call the toll-free number to get the price matching offer and place my order. I prefer to work on-line whenever possible. Ultimately, the savings were worth it.
• The wait for the CSN stores rep was about 5 minutes, even though the recording said I had less than 2 minutes.
• Shipping varies from item to item, and you can't combine items to save on shipping. I'd like to see a flat rate kind of like Amazon's super-saver shipping.

I've had my fan for a week now, and it's the best thing that's happened to me all summer. I'm amazed how a fan so little can cool down the room so quickly. Thanks CSNstores.com!

CSN Preferred Blogger Program

Remember when I did a giveaway of a bookcase awhile back on the blog?
